At Heretics Haven TCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
